Delete Your MasseurTouch Account

This page lets you request deletion of your MasseurTouch account (masseurtouch.com) and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to be logged in to submit a request.

How to request deletion

• Fill out the form below using the email address registered to your account, or
• Email us at support@masseurtouch.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account.

We verify that the request comes from the email address registered to the account before deleting anything. Most requests are completed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email when your account has been deleted.

What will be deleted

• Your account login and profile information (name, email address).
• Your public therapist profile, including photos, biography, services, rates, and availability.
• Messages sent to or from your account through the platform.
• Your subscription will be canceled and no further charges will be made.

What we may need to retain

Some records must be kept for a limited time to meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations:

• Payment and billing records (kept by our payment processor) may be retained for up to 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Security and abuse logs (such as reports, moderation actions, and email delivery logs) may be retained for up to 12 months to protect the platform and its users.
• Data that has been anonymized so it can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics.

Retained data is never used for marketing and is deleted or anonymized once the retention period ends.
