Terms of Service

MasseurTouch (“MasseurTouch”, “we”, “us”) operates an online directory connecting clients with independent massage therapists and bodyworkers. By creating an account or listing a profile, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Directory platform only

MasseurTouch is a directory and listing service. We do not employ, supervise, train, dispatch, endorse, certify, or guarantee any therapist listed on the platform. All therapists are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they offer.

2. Therapist responsibilities

• You are an independent practitioner, not an employee, agent, or partner of MasseurTouch.
• You are solely responsible for your services, licensing, insurance, taxes, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for appointments, scheduling, conduct, hygiene, safety, payment collection, refunds, and any disputes with clients.
• You will keep your profile accurate and current.

3. Content rules — photos and listings

The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed without notice:

• Nudity of any kind.
• Sexually explicit images or descriptions.
• Genital exposure or implied genital exposure.
• Pornographic content.
• Escort, prostitution, or sex-work advertising of any kind.
• Any content advertising or implying illegal services.

MasseurTouch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing, photo, service description, or any other content at any time, with or without notice and with or without a stated reason.

4. Content moderation

All new profiles, profile edits, photos, services, rates, and biography changes are subject to administrator review and must be approved before becoming publicly visible. Existing approved content remains visible while edits are pending review. Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

5. Limitation of liability

MasseurTouch is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any appointments, services rendered, payments, disputes, injuries, property damage, misconduct, harassment, illegal activity, or any other interactions between therapists and clients. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MasseurTouch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

MasseurTouch subscriptions are non-refundable. Because membership benefits, profile visibility, promotional placement, and platform access begin immediately upon activation, all subscription payments are final.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing and the membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

No refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or account adjustments will be issued for unused time, early cancellations, profile removals, account inactivity, or partial billing periods.

Founding Member pricing, promotional offers, introductory rates, and discounted memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy prior to completing checkout.

7. Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, content rules, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MasseurTouch after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
