Profile review

Every therapist profile is reviewed by an administrator before being published to the directory. Edits to existing approved profiles are also reviewed before going live.

Credential verification

Certifications and licenses submitted by therapists may be verified by administrators. When a credential has been reviewed, the profile may display a verified badge indicating that the listed credential has been checked.

What verification does not cover

MasseurTouch does not perform criminal background checks on therapists. A verified badge confirms that a credential was reviewed — it is not an endorsement of character, conduct, or service quality.

Booking responsibly

Therapists listed on MasseurTouch are independent practitioners. Clients should use their own judgment when booking services, communicate clearly about expectations, and confirm credentials or licensing directly with the therapist when relevant.

Reporting concerns

Suspicious profiles, inappropriate content, or conduct that violates our content guidelines can be reported to administrators through the support address listed in your account dashboard. Reports are reviewed promptly and acted on where warranted.
