- Client messages: messages sent to therapists through the platform.
- Usage data: standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use information
- To operate and maintain the directory, including authentication and profile publishing.
- To review submitted content for compliance with our content guidelines.
- To deliver messages between clients and therapists.
- To process subscription payments through our payment processor.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our terms.
Sharing
Therapist profile content is public by design once approved. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and only as necessary, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can edit or remove most profile information from your dashboard. You can close your account at any time. Contact support if you need help removing data.
